"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

Carla the hostess had thought about everything, down to the very detail with a charging station with cable for different kinds of devices beside the bed to giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. She was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us throughout the visit. The room it self had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. It is a walking distance to the old town and shopping. "We were here for the second week of a two week Italian vacation. Resort was breathtaking. Well maintained and served our needs as we had hoped. Morning breakfast buffet is included and did not disappoint. Everything from smoothies plenty of fruit dairy and breads. Omelette station was very good. My only disappointment was the very overpriced dinner buffet. We stayed in one night and for $70 a person not including drinks the value received for the fee was poor at best. I would suggest anyone staying here to walk the 1 mile to the marina and pick one of the two excellent restaurants. We ate at Delia three times and for $60 we got a three course meal with desert and two drinks for $60. Much better value. Other than that this resort is outstanding. "
