"The facilities were beautiful and the reception when I arrived was beyond expectation. The service everywhere in the resort was fantastic and the Elizabeth at the spa was wonderful. When I scheduled a massage, they recommended their best masseuse, Ksenia. She was an expert and I was so relaxed when she finished. I also enjoyed a pedicure from Tiana, who did a great job. The service at the restaurants was impeccable. I was there in July and my husband and I are thinking of another trip in August."

"This Hotel was simply awesome from start to finish. We stayed 5 nights as we had a hire car and were exploring the area. Everything about this Hotel impressed us. We actually had dinner in the Hotel every night because the food was quite magnificent and extremely well priced. The location of the Hotel was perfect.We wandered along the docks,and also walked along the beach and through the lovely parks.All were within 10/15 mins. The main precinct really came to life at night,with live entertainment on a stage just a few steps away from the Hotel. The staff were all brilliant and helpful. Our room was large,with good storage facilities and superb air conditioning. We rated it as one of the best Hotels we have ever stayed in over 37 years holidaying across Eastern and Central Europe."

"Room was clean ja cleaner lady was super nice. Lifts were very slow at buzy times. We hoped for moro choises for glutenfri diet. Great view from the rooms."

"For such a nice hotel, it was missing basic room items such as a coffee or tea kettle, no clothing iron and room was not sufficiently cool enough. To help conserve electricity there were sensors that would turn on hallway and stair lights, a little creepy if single female walking alone day or night. I really appreciate friendly service (smile) and felt a little lacking from front desk. Yes I’m an American that only speaks English but still a respectful paying customer that tips for service. However we appreciated the breakfast buffet which was so good and nice options. Beautiful hotel atmosphere, pool and designated lounge area by the sea. A gentleman was especially friendly and helped us with bags as we departed and waved goodbye. Lots of great food options and shopping near also. We miss Burgas and speak fondly of our trip. Wished we could have stayed longer."

"The lobby staff were fine. The rooms are a bit old but clean, and there are pools everywhere—it's suitable for families. I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine."

"The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. We visited in September when the atmosphere was calm and uncrowded, making it easy to find poolside chairs and umbrellas. Evenings include an entertainment program, with schedules available at reception. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, featuring balconies with chairs and a table—perfect for morning coffee with a sea view. The beach is just across the pedestrian walkway; while the hotel does not provide umbrellas or loungers, rentals are available nearby. The area is walkable and safe, ideal for evening strolls to the shopping district, though souvenir quality is limited. A small train runs between hotels, adding a charming touch. We stayed all-inclusive and enjoyed every meal. There are a lot of restaurants for dining outside the hotel. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and convenience. We would highly recommend it for travelers seeking a relaxing, well-maintained, and enjoyable stay."
