"Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und geräumig. Parkplätze sind umsonst und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Die Lage ist nah am Flughafen aber in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Bei unserer ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit einem lauten Geräusch von einer Wartungsklappe in der Decke, was nicht abzustellen war außerdem war der Klodeckel nicht fest und der Duschschlauch nicht dicht. Nachdem man uns abends spät nicht weiterhelfen konnte, wurde uns für die zweite Nacht ein neues...

"Relatively new property conveniently located close to the airport and they provide you with free transfers from and to the airport. The rooms are quite nice and comfortable. I would say they represent the Hyatt brand exceedingly well. I would not have second thoughts about staying there again anytime I am in Amsterdam."

"We did have a slight issue with locating baggage when we returned later in the evening since our room wasn’t ready. Not everyone seemed aware that they ended up storing some bags upstairs. Other than that the room was great and property was well maintained. The bus option was great for our needs!"

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"sowieso is de locatie perfect. aan het Plein midden in de stad. parkeren op loopafstand en goede kamers. verbeterpunt is de koffiemachine die ontbrak (oploskoffie is echt 1970) en de airco ging niet lager dan 19 graden. Verder prima en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar."
