"We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. "Mindful I`m an Ex-Maryboroughite having done all my schooling there & I`ve been keen on Hervey since my childhood when it`s population was less tan 2,000. As a change of venue we were experiencing the hotel accommodation for the 1st time & found we couldn`t improve it in any way. It`s a real pity that the locals & holidaymakers don`t use your lovely dining room for an excellent coffee outlet. Being so close to the beach enabled my wife to go for both morning & late afternoon strolls beachside- very enjoyable. We will be returning as we normally visit the Bay at least twice annually. Lovely, thanks."
