"Very small and cozy, family run RV Park and Motel. Great place for families, offering a wading and swimming pool, volleyball and badminton nets, basic soccer field, dedicated washer and horseshoe throwing pits and lots of grassed space for running around and playing. Great for adults too with bbq pits and picnic tables. Quiet at night for easy sleeping despite being right beside Highway 87. Homecooked breakfast on Saturdays encourages visiting with other people staying at the Park. Very...

"They advertise a free breakfast that does NOT exist! There wasn't a breakfast on any of the four mornings of our stay.
