"This is a new hotel that is probably trying to reach its sweet spot. It was understaffed (IMHO) and not really fully equipped. They try to tout themselves as "Green" but do not provide containers for recycling cans, glass, paper, etc. Why in the world water glasses are not provided in the rooms I simply could not comprehend. We were told to go downstairs and pick up some paper coffee cups or, if the morning breakfast site was open, we could get plastic. Really? Just how cheap can you be? ...

"Hotel was not bad, room was clean. However, when we got to the hotel there were not lights on the outside everything was dark. And we have to wait until someone comes to open the door for us. "

"The rooms could use an update, a lot of previous damage in our room. Did’t partake of breakfast. Staff were friendly. Room could have used fresh towels and the garbaged removed at least once during our 4day/3 night stay."

"Wasn't pleased with random items for trash under one bed, but the other was clean. some spots on the blankets as sheets possibly stain. We also noticed the bathroom needed updating. Toilet tank lid was broken/cracked. Walls in the room and hallway were also heavily cracking."

"Parking was convenient, check-in and check-out easy. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Just wish they had coffee available in the lobby all the time and wish the restaurant/bar opened before 5. Beds/rooms were very comfortable, and the staff was wonderful about accommodating our requests (our friends' too)."

"We stayed here for 2 weeks while working in the area. I was a bit nervous to stay somewhere with no front desk for an extended period of time but so glad we took the risk. The suites are tastefully decorated and very clean. Parking could not be more convenient and there’s lots of good local restaurants nearby. The views are fantastic no matter which suite (river view or gorgeous downtown city view.) Plenty of high-end linens were available. You’ll definitely want to bring the bed and pillows...

"The property is under construction which makes things difficult. Even tho the staff is doing their best to keep things clean and tidy. That is why I gave it low marks."

"The owner was there to greet us and was very helpful. The space was kept clean and the outdoor fire pit was very nice."

"The facility does NOT have an elevator so if you’re on the second floor I hope you packed light. My room was located at the rear of the hotel. Took five minutes to walk through the building with luggage to get to the room. The front staff, who acted as I was an inconvenience when I was checking in, could have told me that if I drove my car to the back that there was an entrance which was closer to my room. Outside was poorly lit where cars were parked. The rooms had a musty smell to them which...

"Everything and everyone is always excellent and professional thanks again "

"Room had a smell of cat urine, bathroom was cold no vent or heat. There was no hot water and we were up graded to the jacuzzi room and was not able to use it due to the lack of hot water. Informed front desk of hot water issue when we checked out and we’re told to let the hot water run form15-20 minutes and then it should be hot. Terrible room will not be back."

"It’s an ok place to stay for a night if you are in town for a function . Room was clean enough. Not much of a breakfast but coffee was good enough to give us a boost in the morning. "
