"The free breakfast was a good way to start my day. Did not spend much time on the grounds. One afternoon I used the pool along with of my relatives that I had been visiting. We also ate dinner in the restaurant that night. Perfect afternoon and evening. Wait staff was great. What I will have to say (and I will take some of the blame) was that the tub in my bathroom was somewhat dirty the day I checked in, but I rinsed it out . The stopper for the tub was completely out , so I set it back in....

"Fairly good hotel. Some staff were very helpful while others I can say luke warm. The parking is plenty but the door on the back side of the parking where you would get in the hotel from the 2nd floor was always open even at night which made me feel a little unsafe but I think this was a 3 days oversight when I was there."

"Loved the 2BR suite with 2 bathrooms- great for our family of 4. The pool was on the smallish side but clean and heated. The hot tub was great! Kids enjoyed the gym as well"

"The rooms were huge!!! So great for families with kitchen and separate living room area. The bathroom was super large with double sinks and expanded mirror that covered one wall. Super comfortable place to stay."

"The hotel was under construction which we were not aware of when we booked it through Expedia. The entire lobby was blocked off because of the construction. Gym was not available. All in all a very poor experience."

"We were disappointed that the room was not as advertised. "Fully equipped kitchens" was a wildly incorrect description. Our kitchen cupboards and drawers were completely empty--not a dish, glass, or utensil in sight. Front desk coverage was spotty and it was difficult to summon help. The "hot breakfast" consisted of granola bars and a waffle maker with no space to use it. The room was clean, but pillows provided were exceedingly thin--about 1" thick, and there were only three on the bed. I had a...

"Was clean, didn't smell weird and was exactly what we were looking for, just a place to sleep while our home was being repaired, no complaints at all."

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and it was the reason we chose to stay at the Best Western (30 min. drive from a wedding we attended). The one thing that could be better, was the frig. It wasn't cold enough on the highest setting and our milk spoiled. We reported it and hopefully it will be fixed."
