This hotel is old, which is fine, but at least clean the glass, dust the baseboards, clean fingerprint smudges off the door frames and elevators. Small things would make a big difference.

I used a towel to dry off only to realize after the fact that there was a dried red stain on it that looks like either blood or ketchup.

Location was really nice. Loved having the apartment amenities. It was very nice of them to have dish soap and laundry pods. I honestly liked a lot about it. On the downside, the hot tub was closed for maintenance which was one of the reasons we booked it. We were not notified that it would be closed. ...
