I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa Lake Shore. It was in the perfect location, close to everything, with an easy, seamless check-in process. The hotel felt modern, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and, most importantly, very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

We are moving to IL and I wanted to give my kids a taste of the city. However, we also needed a home base for everyone to spread out. This place was perfect. The aparthotel had everything we needed as far as amenities. It was quiet and safe. It was close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. We highly recommend Kasa.

We had a very comfortable stay at Kasa Lake Shore! - The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The King size studio was more spacious than expected - The AC was great - The water pressure for the shower head and sinks were good - Plenty of clothes hangers and pillows - TV was easy to use - Good location: walkable to many places and transit friendly - We really appreciate the handwritten card and goodies left for us to celebrate our special occasion We would recommend Kasa Lake Shore to anyone coming to Chicago!

The property was on point I like the location it was very clean and it had all the essentials. However I was told there was construction due to garage renovation and that it was Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm. That could not be renovation in the garage because the noise at the 8th floor was absolutely insane and the hammering started since 7am

Loud construction all day long all you hear is a jack hammer for hours and hours. Was never told when booking of construction and not told until after checking in. Only offered $100 for the misery of hammers and drilling and jack hammers the whole trip! Not to mention no staff or house cleaning throughout trip with digital check in and codes That again wasn’t disclosed until after booking. Room was clean and good location were only positives.

Hands down the best place to stay in Chicago. This place is near the best coffee shop in Chicago, Dollop, and close to all the main attractions. You literally feel at home here. The kitchen has full equipment and having your washer and dryer is definitely a plus. I loved everything about this place and will definitely come back every time I’ll travel to Chicago. I’m definitely not a fan of the virtual desk and luckily there was someone helping when I had issue with the door code. Definitely not a place to stay if you’re traveling and planning to get to Chicago later at night because if something happens, no one will be at the front desk helping you.

I liked the bed. Never found silverware and there was an odor from leftover trash I assume, smelled like old food. They did not help me fix the issues, they also entered my space without providing me approval first. Very very disappointed with how expensive this space was. Will not return and would not recommend.

The property was very clean and nice, but had a strange odor. The sewer small eminated around the front door. In the washer-dryer closet, there was a pipe, and I am guessing that is where the smell comes from. My clothes and duffle bag brought the smell home. But would stay there again!

The room was very modern and clean. All the amenities were neat. The staff during the day were friendly and I liked the continuous communication. We got the studio king and it was really spacious and very comfortable. Everything was within reach. Perfect for long-term stays. I would book again.
