"Hotel is about a 5/10 minute walk from Piccadilly Station and a couple of minutes walk from the Piccadilly Garden Tram Stop. Check in was easy, just had an extra £1.20 night hotel tax to pay which I already knew about. Staff were friendly and helpful, had an issue getting into my room to on returning after a concert, 2 keys tried but then they got a night porter to let me in (the battery on the door lock was having issues) The room was big enough for me, the bed, there was a desk and a chair. There was a walk in shower and the room and bathroom was to a clean standard. Breakfast started serving at 7am on a weekend and because of the door issue, I took everything with me to breakfast so I could check out after. Choice or cold and warm buffet, they had items like cereal, cheese, ham slices, salami slices, bread, croissants, sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, hash browns and toast. There was also coffees and juices. I believe this is an extra cost (it was already included in my room rate) I would stay here again, even with the foot issues I encountered "

"The family room was really big and had everything you'd need for an over night. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and transport options etc. Chef was great in preparing an individual option for one of our post who is undergoing treatment and couldn't eat the buffet breakfast. Would definitely book again."
