"I was put in a room on the 2nd floor next to the stairs. People walking in and out of that door all night long and it slamming shut made it hard to get a good night sleep. Then in the early morning and finally can get some rest the cleaning staff is loud in the hall both knocking on doors and loudly saying “housekeeping” or just talking loudly amping themselves. When I brought this up the day manager could have cared less. There was no apology. Nothing. There stairway doors should not slam shut. At the very least they should be propped open. I didn’t get one good nights sleep during my stay. "
