"I booked online and their check in desk was closed. I was unable to stay there for any duration of the time I reserved the room. I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. Still have had no response 1 week after. My attempts were well within the check in hours with the only notice as piece of paper taped to the window. The entrance area and elevator were also dirty and smelled "

Surprised they could not recommend any providers for diving / snorkel activity in the Cayes - thought they should have a “link” or recommendations (got it from GOOG). We were unable to get a river cruise (to see Manitees) as their boat was out for repair (ended up canoeing upriver for a mile & back). Given the small scale of biz, I suspect they have to be informed ahead of time if you want to rent their boat."
