"The room was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. That is really what I was hoping for in a hotel stay. On the downside, breakfast was horrible. Eggs were like rubber and sausage seemed like some no meat thing, hard to really know what it was actually. The milk machine was empty, so customers were preparing oatmeal only to find that there was no milk. Front desk was notified twice, but no one came to fix the situation. We ended up grabbing yogurt and hitting the road. Aesthetically, the hotel could use a little update. The carpets in the hallways was atrocious, straight up 80's, and the entire time we were there, no one ever came to vacuum crushed potato chips that were all over the hall. So, all in all, it was above average, nice beds and clean bathrooms, but seriously could be managed better."

"Very dog friendly. My dog got a bag of dog biscuits upon arrival. Also, the dog was allowed to run off the leash in the enclosed courtyard. We liked the “storage cubbies” in the room. On the flip side, I thought the pet fee of $75 was more than most places we’ve stayed, and both ice machines were broken."

"Good: Staff was exceptional. Check-in clerk was amazing and so was the woman who ran the breakfast kitchen. Breakfast was hot and delicious with a nice veriety each day. Not so good: Rooms and hallways were out of date and shabby - worn and stained carpets. Our room had torn carpet and the stovetop was kind of glued together. Housekeeping was very good-but there’s not much they can do about shabbiness."

"Be aware that breakfast is now via a menu at an extra cost that you can charge to your room. The carpet tiles in the elevator were apparently loose and coming up… so maintenance (?) apparently that staples were an appropriate fix. Not a standard I’m used to seeing at a Hilton property."
