Great Location

This hotel is located just a block from Subway station and steps away from the beach. It is easy to get food nearby and the beach is nice and clean.

The reception is nice on the 3 floor. Very friendly staff, helpful. You can leave the baggage in the lobby with them before checking in or out. Our room was nice on the 29th floor The view is unbelievable. The AC could be better but we had the balcony door to open for cool air. Overall I would come back here again.

So close to the beach! It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Busan train station. Very convenient with many stores right at the doorstep. Room was clean.

The hotel is excellent for staying at Haeundae beach area. Very close to the beach and the subway station. The view is blocked by the buildings in the front, but in general, we still had a very nice view to the sea. Facility is very clean, and comfortable. Staff was also friendly and helpful.

Ocean view is main reason we stayed and it does have that. Location is good for food, subway or just to attractions in general like Capsule cars. It was kind of hard to find entrance with all the hotels around and with a confusing go to 3rd floor for the lobby which is shared with another hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms, a Bidet which is needed since you cannot flush tp.

Strategically located at the heart of Haeundae. Walkable distance to Haeundae beach and market! Cleaning services can be improved as the room wasn't entirely clean upon my first day of checked in. There were some dirt left on the seat.

Great location. I came at a busy time - so my only complaint is the crowdedness in the lobby and elevator waiting areas. Sometimes it would take a long time for an elevator to come and when it would come it might already be very full.

Staff was excellent once you realized the lobby is on the 3rd floor. Quick check in and check out process. Rooms were clean and quiet. The area was great for tourist with many food options, close to the beach, and efficiently accessible to public transportation. The 32nd floor restaurant was incredible, I thought it was a shame I didn’t see more people there when I dined there. The major complaints I have are that there is no good lighting in the rooms, especially for applying make up, and lack of accessible amount of outlets. Having an outlet right against the head of the bed is inconvenient and relatively unsafe.

The room is spacious and the 24hr laundry room ironing service is great. I disliked that there wasn't any safe in the room. There were basic amenities such as water bottles, toothbrushes, etc kettle & coffee but no sugar. I appreciated the most the balcony with a partial view of the beach, and hearing the waves at night. At weekend it gets very noisy if you're on the main street side with concerts. Overall it's a practical good value for money hotel, close to the subway and buses, taxis pass by all the time and 24hrs shops and restaurants at doorstep.

This hotel was smack bang in the middle of everything. Around the corner was a strip of restaurants and as it was in the main bustling area, it was close to shops and restaurants that opened late or for 24hours. Beach was just a block away and easy to walk to the Blue Line Park Mipo station (15-20 mins along the beach boardwalk). Was there during the comedy festival so quite loud outside in the evening with the events but balcony doors must have had double glazing as I could barely hear it once they were closed and curtains were drawn. Air conditioning was confusing as there was a remote which displayed a different temperature from the wall panel. Have to adjust so it wasn't blowing down on me. Selected the smallest room and fortunately it was just me otherwise too small. Lifts took a VERY LONG time during check out time. Would often skip the lower floors which I was on. So had to walk to the other end of the building to take the secondary lift which I think doubles as a goods lift. Laundry facilities were in the car park basement so had to switch lifts. Best to conceal your laundry as you will be passing alot of people. Beds were soft and sheets were amazing. Very very clean. Rain shower head too and a hand held shower faucet. Staff spoke sufficient English to make checking swift and check out was a breeze as room was prepaid. No card was required for holding deposit. Would definitely stay here again.
