Great location and price. Wet bathroom and not allowed to flush anything down the toilet including toilet paper, so a little inconvenient, but otherwise comfortable.

Came in Dec winter. Clean place. Friendly host who lent me an adapter. Hauendae market (a line of street food, yummy) is just below the guesthouse. The room was quiet despite the market being crowded at night. Walking distance to the beach and the subway station too. Everything good!

Behave yourself

Steven runs a tight ship. Some folks may not be used to being told a lot of rules once you check in, but they're implemented for the comfort and benefit of all guests (including you). The location is convenient to the beach and is also right next to the night market, and about 1-5 min walk to buses and 10 min walk to the subway. This is a good choice if you are a solo traveler, couple, or small (quiet, well-behaved) family. The only thing that would have made our experience better is free breakfast, which we were told is coming soon.

좋습니다 하지만 계절에 따라 상태가 달라질수 있습니다.

친절한 사장님과 깨끗한 숙소의 컨디션은 매우 좋았습니다. 하지만 성수기일때는 저는 피해야 할 스팟입니다. 해운대전통시장의 바로 옆이라서요. 안쪽 숙소라서 겨울엔 소음없이 잘잤습니다.

위치도 좋고 사장님도 너무 친절하시고 내부 시설도 좋았습니다. 한 가지 아쉬운 점은 밤 늦게까지 바깥 소음이 조금 시끄럽다는 점입니다. 관광지 부근이라 감수해야 할 사항 같아요. 그래도 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 지내다 갔습니다!

아주 깔끔해요! 이불에서 섬유유연제 향 보송보송하게 나서 기분이 좋더라구요. 방음이 그렇게 잘 되진 않습니다! 게스트 하우스니 뭐 당연한 일이 아닌가 싶습니다. 그렇다고 아주 시끄럽지도 않아요 :) 10시 이후로는 어차피 공용공간 사용 금지이기도 해서... 아무튼 잘 쉬다 왔습니다
