Close to the beach

The hotel is in a great location, across the street from the beach. The cleaning staff are wonderful and the rooms are well stocked with toiletries. The elevator can be quite slow, there is only one that is shared with another hotel.

The owners/workers were exceptionally kind and the view was amazing. Located in a convenient area in the heart of haeundae beach with easy access to stores, restaurants and the beach.

Only spent 1 night but really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful they even upgraded our room from city view to ocean view for free upon arrival. The room was great and the view was beautiful. Hopefully when I return to Korea and visit Busan again I’ll will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Rooms are clean with great amenities. The view was incredible, loved just looking out to see beach. Everything was very close, from restaurants to shopping, the beach, and the train station. Staff were friendly and accomodating. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location,enjoy seaview room on a good budget

Booked the sea view room and got a nice view of the beach. The front desk team are friendly. There are several hotels in this tall building. They all share 1 common lift. So waiting time for the lift is quite long. Also, room aesthetic wise, room has full grey office-like carpets, instead of wooden flooring as seen on the hotels pictures

It is in a perfect location right across the street. It’s not your typical hotels. It’s more like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. Concern is cleaning crew walk into rooms without a request for cleanup. I love the wet bathroom and toilet but a power outlet needs to be available near the sink and Ali’s a counter for a waterpik.

Pros 1) Service - Excellent Reception is really kind and helpful. Some speaks good English while others do not. Nevertheless, they will try their best to overcome the language barrier and help you. Tip: Download Papago app and use it to do short sentence translation. 2) Facilities - Not the best but works There is one washing machine and one dryer for guests to use at no cost on the 5th floor. Note that you need to bring your own detergent though. 3) Location - Good 4) View - Superb The hotel is next to the beach. In fact, you will have good view of the beach from your room (if you chose the beach facing). Cons 1) There is only one lift serving like 10 floors so I suppose during peak period, one might have to wait a while? Note: During my 4 nights stay there, I could always get into the lift though. But I could be just lucky or it was not peak season. 2) My main complain would be that when you shower, the whole floor including the toilet area would become wet as they are connected and drainage is not fast enough. However, it could be just us who like to keep toilet area dry. Conclusion Still, I enjoyed my stay there and would choose that hotel again if I need to be that area as it is definitely very value for money.
