"My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!"

"Booked a room and when we got there was told we didn't have. Was told they weren't excepting reservations from online sites and they were all full. Cause of the busy weekend, it took us hours to find another hotel that had rooms for the weekend. Also the pool and hot tub were down for remodeling."

"The morning that I checked out, there was only one person at the front, who was on the phone, while three people were waiting in line. He didn't look up at us nor say I will be with you in a moment, just didn't care. The only reason that I was in line was just to let them know that in the shower of my room there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I had my own. I have stayed here on several occasions this is the first time I have been let down."

"The bathroom could have been a little cleaner (behind the toilet) and the knob plate in the shower looked very bad. The ceiling needed to be cleaned above the air conditioner and over the beds. But the floors and carpets were clean and the beds were fine.The staff was really great and gave us a nice quiet room on the 4th floor which we asked for. The breakfast was also very good. Parking was fine."

"The room was dirty, there was a plastic baggie over the fire sprinkler, the place stunk like smoke. Definitely would not recommend!!!"
