"The bathroom could have been a little cleaner (behind the toilet) and the knob plate in the shower looked very bad. The ceiling needed to be cleaned above the air conditioner and over the beds. But the floors and carpets were clean and the beds were fine.The staff was really great and gave us a nice quiet room on the 4th floor which we asked for. The breakfast was also very good. Parking was fine."

"Do not listen to the people slandering this hotel! The beds were clean with no bugs, the fridge was huge, and overall the room itself had everything you would need for a 1-2 night stay. People expect to pay 70 dollars for a room and live like kings, for 70 bucks this hotel is fantastic. The hot tub was nice even though the jets didn’t work, the pool was large, they had 3 vending machines with snacks that were so cheap I almost went and bought everything in them like seriously it felt like...

"The morning that I checked out, there was only one person at the front, who was on the phone, while three people were waiting in line. He didn't look up at us nor say I will be with you in a moment, just didn't care. The only reason that I was in line was just to let them know that in the shower of my room there was no soap in the soap dispenser. Luckily I had my own. I have stayed here on several occasions this is the first time I have been let down."

"Booked a room and when we got there was told we didn't have. Was told they weren't excepting reservations from online sites and they were all full. Cause of the busy weekend, it took us hours to find another hotel that had rooms for the weekend. Also the pool and hot tub were down for remodeling."

"My family and I enjoyed the location of this hotel; it’s located near the Mall of America and not far from downtown. The room was also exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff was kind and gave us extra sheets for the sofa bed. My family also loved the breakfast, which was phenomenal! In fact, between the four of us, we have agreed that it was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. Definitely recommended!"

"We called the hotel as directed by check-in policy to let the hotel know, we would be arriving after 1am - Was told Hotel shuttle was not available to us after midnight unless we used the park and fly - ? Park and fly would have already been paid for…. I attempted to cancel our night and rebook at another hotel but our room was not refundable. So we also had already paid. Arrived at the hotel after paying $34 for taxi and asked about this again. Well- actually - a different person replied -...

"This hotel is having average stay and could be fine if your budget is low. For a 1 or 2 day trip, you can pick up but if you going for long stay don’t stay here"
