"Staff was very friendly. The only downside was the faucet in our bathroom did not work properly at all. It was very frustrating."

"This place was in a convenient location. We utilized the breakfast and workout area. A lovely space to have breakfast in and it was a typical hotel breakfast. The creamers seemed spoiled because I got a couple of duds that had white floaters in my coffee, but other than that, a great stay. Rooms were clean. Liked that grocery, restaurants and coffee shops were within steps of the hotel - very convenient!"

"Nice property however, in our room wall or ceiling was a loose pipe that rattled when the room upstairs room ran water. Not bad during the day but annoying at night."

"Breakfast was outstanding! Fresh made to order omelettes, fresh fruit, sausage and bacon, breakfast potatoes, danishes, scrambled eggs, hot cereal and beverages and so much more!! Hotel has a small restaurant, bar, happy hour with free cocktail or beer with snacks every night. Rooms were great and has a pool! Beautiful facilities!! "

We did think there was a hot tub which was disappointing to not have one, but excellent and friendly staff and super close to the MOA which made for an easy transition. Glad we didn’t have to pay for parking by joining their members program because that was an unexpected cost of it all."

"We were in the older wing of the building so there were some architectural issues that come with older properties, but the room and common areas were clean and well kept. It was a really good value all things considered. Staff were always pleasant and efficient."

"Arrived around 10pm to check in. Two police officers were watching security footage of an incident. Condition of hotel is between a 1-2 star. Front Desk staff handed me a single key rattled off the room number and walked away. No instructions on direction of room, where to park, etc... The elevator was out of service and I was given a 3rd floor handicap accessible room...Chose this location due to the Sonesta Brand's consistency and having a kitchen.
