"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, there's not good if not any wifi but it is stated at the front desk about the issue when you check in so they're upfront and honest about it so I can't be mad and I'm really not it's just advertised so just a little bump but not the staffs fault at all. More like the company not escalating the issue for the hotel staff. It's a hotel relatively close to the airport so there's a lot of traveling business people so I'd assume it would be a loss for them and a loss of business for the property. Just my thoughts. But overall a great stay. "

"Clean room, friendly/supportive staff and proximity. Minuses: pool closed on site (I learned about it at check in, however I may have missed something), no microwave in the room nor on each floor for accessibility (at least 1 on each floor would help) and I had to request housekeeping. Not too happy about that. Otherwise, all of the employees were awesome! Special thank you to the front desk staff and Troy from room service for their care and compassion! Spring Break 2026 trip was pretty cool. "

"Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin."

"The staff at the front desk was super friendly, breakfast was pretty decent, the hotel in general seemed pretty clean. The rooms are a little dated...the carpet has seen better years, the paint on the bathroom door was painted over some pretty bad scratches on the old paint so you could still see the texture. The bed mattress was pretty old...it sagged in the center and pulling back the mattress cover showed some stains on the actual mattress itself. The pad and sheeting though were very clean. The window shade thing was really worn out...it was an automatic shade but it has been used...a lot. Heck, it could be the original as it looked pretty old. Overall, the room was clean, but dated and worn out. The pool and hot tub as well as the gym are on the first floor and the lobby is on the 2nd floor...it was an oddity but does not take away from the experience at all. No free parking...so be prepared to pay extra for that. Parking wasn't bad as there is an available underground garage as well as parking lot parking available. "

"The motel was great. The only complaint I have is trying to use the pool and hot tub. Screaming kids everywhere. I didn't stay long in pool area. They should have a specific time for just adults. It was terrible with all the screaming kids "
