"The stay was great! Very clean, very cute, and the staff was amazing. The only complaint I have is that the $50 incidental fee was supposed to be returned to my card and never was. I called the next week, and they said I would need to call during certain hours to talk with a manager. Gonna be honest, I didn't get that done. "There was no body lotion in my room. I asked for it to be delivered, and they never delivered it. The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt."
