"We always love staying in Embassy Suites but this property fell short. It was an older building and not as nice as most. The pillows were awful and our room was very noisy because it was right off of the lobby. When I called the front desk no one answered. The man at check in offered no information. "We were traveling with our dog and the staff at Spark were very welcoming. The breakfast had a nice selection and the breakfast room was kept very clean and well stocked. Our room was comfortable and clean but there were a couple of broken floor tiles in the bathroom and it appeared the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door had been pulled out (there was a hole in the door).
