"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property well maintained. The breakfast was good. There is a very good store attached through the underground parking deck. But, there was a humming sound from the air filtration system that could not be shut off. I finally bought some ear plugs to drown it out. The bed is firm and comfortable but the pillows...well very squishy and unsupportive and they hurt my neck. So, I went out and bought some as we were staying several days."
