"Felt very new and very clean. It's an airport hotel, so yeah, you can hear the planes. But overall one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in on our cross-country journey."

"Pros: Close ( walking distance ) to MOA, clean, AC works great, water pressure is strong. Full kitchen. Free Shuttle to and from airport and MOA is a plus plus, drivers are awesome. Breakfast buffet is sufficient (but nothing to rave about).Tea and coffee are available all day. Towels are crisp and new and bright white. TV is easy to navigate. Comfortable bed, soft pillows. "This room was really nice. Large and spacious, clean, kitchenette with fridge, freezer, dishes, dishwasher, etc. I will be back!"

"Good hotel. Rooms a bit on the smaller side, but appreciate the kitchenette. Otherwise, location is convenient to the Mall of America. Rooms are clean and simply modern. Good sized tv and lots of plugs. Breakfast had an omelette bar, great coffee, and continental offerings. Would have preferred single-serving yoghurt instead of sharing tubs, but that’s a small quibble. Good parking. Did not get to use pool or fitness center but saw a lot of families enjoying them."

"We have visited the Hyatt many times over the last 10 years and both the service and upkeep of the facility have gone down hill . The front desk is chronically understaffed, usually just one person, even on a busy Friday night. The front revolving door is routinely out of service as is at least one elevator. The Hyatt’s best feature is its great food and drink menu and service."

"Place in halls and lobby extremely hot. Restaurant in place are very high priced. And could use. More seating in the arcade. Area. And better air movement. In the pool. Way too hot in the pool area also. Shouldn’t charge for parking. Pay enough for room and extra"

"Our stay had a rough start due to an unpleasant interaction with one of the front desk associates. However, a later encounter with a different associate completely turned things around. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional, making us feel valued and helping us put the initial experience behind us. We also truly appreciated the hotel manager reaching out to personally address our concerns. That level of care and commitment to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression....

"Overall it was a okay stay, the room is bit small, I booked and came with a family of 5 , but room as only good for 4. No sofa bed. I was bit disappointed"
