"The staff was amazing and the pool was fun, but cold. The hot tub was broken and there was green mildew of some kind on the floors by the pool. Also bummed they replaced the continental breakfast with a Starbucks style cafe. My kids missed the old buffet. "

"I was VERY upset about paying a fee to park in the hotel's parking lot! It was a FIFTEEN DOLLAR per day fee! I have never paid a fee to park in a hotel's parking lot ever before! PLUS, it had snowed prior to us arriving and while we were there and the parking lot was completely packed with slick snowpack and drifted in places. And STILL a charge was assessed to park there! I can understand needing to have some type of parking pass to show registration at that hotel to justify parking there, but a FEE??? Prices of everything have gotten higher over recent weeks, we certainly didn't need but yet ANOTHER surprise cost! Also...I do not remember this cost being disclosed at all on the Hotels.com website when booking. One of those "gotcha" costs that are NOT appreciated for those of us on tight budgets!"

"Was stuck in Minneapolis due to flight cancelations. Had to make a quick reservation. The price was very reasonable, the staff very friendly and professional. The property very clean and the location was ideal. We had shuttle service to and from the airport. "

"Such a pretty hotel. So good for our family of 5 and access to shopping and rides and food!"

"Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Toilets easy to clog and flood. Breakfast option was not wide. I picked this hotel specifically becase it said breakfast was included. There were froot loops, plain cheeriohs, white milk, bread, plain bagels, mini muffins, cream cheese spread cups, butter cups, coffee (regular and decalf), creamer, sugar, orange juice and apple juice. A toaster. A microwave too i believe. The key cards only worked at the front door. Not the side doors close to your room. And the key cards had to be re magnitized every day. I saw other guests having this issue too. The bath towels were nice. They provided bigger size ones. And they dryed the water off you very well. I actually want to look into buying some online for at home. "
