"Very swanky hotel, a bit high if you’re traveling with family but great location and very clean. The beds didn’t have anything but sheets on them so I froze all night and another guest mentioned the same thing. Also had a ADA accommodation request they didn’t fulfill which was to be in lower floor and close to elevator."

"Property could use some updating, however, you take the good with the bad. Close proximity to everything. Definitely walkable area especially to the mall and restaurants. Free shuttle to mall and airport. Two indoor pools that are well maintained along with a larger than avg hot tub. My room had two queen beds. Mattresses were not the best. One was very lopsided and the other sunken in middle. But still had decent nights sleep. Pillows were comfortable and not worn down. I do like a firmer...

"Great hotel, lovely accommodations, except the person who checked us in was unfriendly and made us feel like we were bothering her when we were checking in. No smile, no greeting, only a frown and unfriendly look. Her name was Annaliss."

"Warning!!! The front desk lady charged an extra 150.00 to park. It clearly says 10.00 day for parking. She was rude to the group of 3 of us. 2 were mariott members with only 1 car 2 rooms. Marriot members get free parking. She refused us to use the other members parking. Be aware!!! She said because we booked with expedia we would get charged the extra 150 for parking. Started our vacation off horribly. I will be contacting mariott about this incident"

"It was standard at best. Some of the staff was great while others not so much. The beds were comfy (except for the pull out couch) but the sheets were old & torn. They don’t clean the room daily. They don’t provide water in the room daily, you have to pay for it. Breakfast is typical for a Hampton Inn. It wasn’t a horrible stay but if I return to the area I would choose another hotel. The overall service didn’t meet my expectations. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inn’s and experienced better...

"Poor room cleaning… toilet seat was broken and half ass fixed. Hair in the tub. They do not advertise that you need to also pay 15$ a night for parking which is BS! Customer service sucks. Never will go here again."
