"Excellent hotel! Recently stayed 5 nights and really rate the hotel. It’s very conveniently located, super close to the mall of America and 10 mins drive from all the big box stores, 20mins from Minneapolis. The free breakfast is excellent, well stocked up and lots to chose from. Everything is very clean and the staff were super friendly. "It's located in the Mall of America, so there's plenty of said nearby, but I'd be watchful of staying here, unless you have a bank of money and don't care if you're double charged for your hotel stay."

"We stayed for 4 days and for 3 of those days the wifi didn’t work the phones didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and you have to use your phone in the lobby or outside. There was no cleaning done past the first day and even when we had no towels I asked for some and was told by a cleaning woman who took the towels to go ask the front desk. When going down to the front no one was present so I just bought some from Walmart."

"The pool was down and apparently it has been down for months according to our shuttle driver. I find that extremely misleading for them not to share that before booking. Call before you book if you want to access the pool."

"Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel)."

"Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast offered plenty of options and clean dining area. Kitchens were stocked with majority of the things we needed. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms. Carpet may need some refreshing and dining furniture in the hotel room may need some refreshing. If we visit again, I plan to make this my place of choice every time."
