"Be careful when booking. These rooms have a shared bathroom. Not super obvious when booking on Expedia. Staff was VERY helpful."

"We liked because of the facility for transportation :Buses and trains the room service was intermittent,on the first ocasion lasted 12 days without room service, having to personnaly mention to the cleaning staff, the supply of coffee and sugar some times not apparent. The person renting the property was a personal friend, came from overseas, and the impression she took ,unfortunate it was unpleasant, opposite of my previous comments about Australia"

"17 year old was not allowed to walk from the carpark back to the hotel room with 20 year old sister due to club rules. Parent had to be with the 17 year old at all times when not in the room. "

"1.the handbasin in the ensuite has a stuck plug. Water remained in the bowl for 4 days 2. No black tea in the outside area, only herbal tea 3 there was no hot water this morning on my last morning. Had to have a cold shower 4. I couldn’t change the temperature on the room airconditioner. 25 degrees was too hot for me. "

"I have stayed here twice and I am planning to stay again soon. It is extremely convenient to the Sydney International Airport - 7 minute drive. There is parking on site and the continental breakfast included is excellent. There is also a ‘hot’ breakfast option for $15! I stayed in a ground level room which was spacious, near, clean and everything worked. The bed was super comfortable and the aircon was quiet and effective. Although we were close to the airport, there was virtually no noise...

"Both room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Hot water was quite slow coming up which led to confusion as to which way tap settings worked, but plenty of it once it arrived. Also air con did not seem to want to blow warm air, even though set on 32 degrees. Overall a pleasant stay."

"The staff was very helpful and kind..professional but personable. The location of this property is sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside after dark. Alot of trash and unkept grounds, signs of homeless. Rooms are pretty small. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Mascot station but if it was after dark I always used a cab. They say the airport transfer is free but that only applies from hotel to the airport, not vice versa. But the fee was only $10, so still a deal. Drivers and people running...

"The room need to clean better"

"Overall very nice. Only shortcomings (for me) were that they only had Pepsi products at bar - rum and coke is not the same as rum and pepsi. Pillows were a little hard and HVAC had a bit of a rumble at certain fan speeds. Breakfast was fine (our was complimentary - I would not pay $32 for it). Shuttle to airport was fine, but seemed a bit expensive for a 5 minute ride. Kind a cool funky vibe to the place"
