"Hotel is deserving of 3* rating. Good location being walking distance to the amenities of Alcobendas. My room was quite small as despite booking two double/twin rooms of equal price, I was allocated a single room which was fine for one person but lesser value than what I paid. I was also in a room near the stairs just next to reception and it was quite noisy as other guests using the stairs or stood around talking in reception area. Breakfast is continental with some cooked items - scrambled eggs and bacon which was mostly fat! Good selection of pastries and cereals but not much choice in bread. Even to other hotels in Alcobendas with better facilities and breakfast."
"It is located 15 mins drive away from the airport. It’s in a nice small town with restaurants and cafes, so it’s nice that you can walk around and not stuck in the airport area only. But, one thing that I wish Expedia warned us on the listing is that they don’t offer shuttle bus service on weekends. So, we had to order an uber and paid 25 euros to get over there:(.Pool and jacuzzi were nice and the staff were kind. It’s right off highway but safe to walk around and it’s peaceful. Just watch out for the traffic when you cross the road. The room was cleaned okay but the hallway needs to be vacuumed and well maintained."
"I was a little disappointed overall, although the view was amazing. I expected a little more from the Eurostar name. We were given a multi-room suite, which I did not book. There were only two of us, so it felt a little odd we had a separate virtually empty sitting room with not much more than a pull-out couch. Just feels like it’s ready for an update throughout. The atrium inside was dark and empty. One highlight was definitely the cheerful breakfast room and impressive self-serve spread. Oh and I almost forgot, upon arriving to the room the shower head immediately snapped off, reinforcing the idea everything needs an update. They did immediately address the problem and it was fixed in about an hour. Staff was friendly and helpful!"
