"Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund."

"Room was aging badly. Stains on carpet, rust in shower, electrical outlet was broken and hole in outlet face plate (dangerous hazard), room not cleaned in two days ( trash cans not empty). Bedding not refreshed after two days. We left and moved to a different hotel. I would have a hard time justifying a 2 rating, more like 1 1/2. I left pics when we got out."

"Parking was easy but my room and my parents rooms smelled and were in bad condition. Parents room was supposed be handicap accessible and was not they did correct that but the room they received had no phone and phone jack was broken along with leaky shower. my room smelled bad and paint peeling off the wall"

"The associate at check in was friendly and very efficient. The hotel and room are in good condition. The only negative would be that some trim work was being done in the halls and there were some wood scraps near the elevator and some splinters in the hallway going to our room. Nothing major but the contractor should do better cleaning during the job. "

"According to their website, they charge $15/night for the pet fee, but they actually charge by the weight of the dog, which in my case was $30/night for a 63 lb dog. There is also not much space to walk your dog.

"The property overall was pretty decent and the restaurant was ok. I could hear people above me walking around and even going to the bathroom through the walls. That made it hard to sleep. I've never experienced that before. So walls and ceilings must be really thin."
