"Overall my room was nice. However at check in I was asked to provide a card for pre-authorisation. I’ve been asked many times before but on this occasion $300 was taken from my account immediately. On checking out I was told this will take between 5-10 days to be returned to me. On a holiday budget this wasn’t ideal. Also breakfast each day was always the same. "The location was good , the cleaninnes of the room wasn't great for what i thought would be ! One of the staff at the reception was not helpful and it felt like she didn't want to do her job! The best was the breakfast and the kangaroos that were always around and that is why I didn't give a lower score!"
