"Everything was very good. My biggest complaint is the check-in time of 4:30pm. Very unreasonable."

"It was clean, very old! They had a dispute with the guest across the hall from me! Very loud, scary! I spoke with staff, they said they kicked them out! Solo travelers beware!"

"I had a bathroom set up for assisted needs and it was perfect. Great shower and water pressure, super hair care products, huge easy to understand TV, good hot breakfasts, and the room felt homey and large. Very quiet even though it was right next to 101. Soundproofing must be good. I almost always choose Best Western for the way they accommodate dogs even though I did not bring any this time. I still enjoy seeing them around."

"We aren't snobs. We usually pick the cheaper hotels with good reviews. The pictures are misleading. The courtyard had chairs but no cushions, so they're useless. There's no pool, like on Expedia but not on their website. That's for the RV park. The exterior doors have no security key and are left cracked open, always. The room was not clean. Coffee stains in the sink when we arrived told us it wasn't. There are better options out there, even at this price point."

"Great place! Staff was wonderful also!"

"My check-in kiosk was awesome and easy to use."

"The Holiday Inn is located right next to the airport and just off the 101 hwy. I was greeted immediately by the friendly front desk staff. Super clean, quiet room, comfy bed and huge bathroom. Ample food available for breakfast. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport if needed. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely stay there again."

"Excellent place to stay This was the 2nd time of staying here. Staff is super helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend!"

"The placement of the mirror on inside bathroom door is unfortunate. I think it is safe to say most people do not want a full length view of doing their business on the toilet! Also, would like to have seen higher quality bread & muffins at breakfast. Cheap wheat bread is NOT delicious."

"Clean rooms and is quiet"

"Beautiful restored Victorian. Excellent breakfast Wine and cocktail bar Lobby seating around a fireplace A favorite or ours"

"Cozy, clean and practically located a stone’s throw from Trinidad, right in the middle of giants grove"

"Clean room, good property. Plenty of parking, quiet room. Good for a one night stay."

"Room was cute, cozy, and clean. Beds were not comfortable but overall a decent place to stay for a pit stop."
