"Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby."

"This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend."

"Not an awesome experience. I would say the room was a bit dated--bathroom/shower had some rust which wasn't great. The toilet was like a "smart toilet" bidet thing...which was a little odd. The two biggest issues were: The pull out bed was BRUTAL--even for our 5 and 3 year old. That kind of derailed our plan a bit--we should have just gotten a room with two queen beds. "A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel."

"I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)"

"Arrived at the hotel after the 3:00 pm check in time and my room was not ready. They were still cleaning room. I left to run some errands to kill some time until it was ready. After an hour or so my room was ready. When entering the room it smelled musty inside. Floors were definitely vacuumed as well. Found toenail clippings on the floor next to the lamp. Shower had zero water pressure. Definitely won’t be returning to this hotel again."

"The washing machines are filthy. I wasted time getting change and paying for detergent only to find them disgusting with dirt mold etc. The room was okay could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower amongst other things. I also requested a pack n play for my twin babies to sleep but it had no guard/ sheet was torn, had stains from vomit/pee/milk. And food crumbs fell from it when I opened it. I obviously didn't use it. So I had to stay up and watch...

"When we checked in initially we got a room that had a broken TV & there was quite a bit of damage on the furniture in the room. We asked the front desk to switch us to a different room & they quickly did & our stay was fine after that. The other guests in the hotel were loud & rowdy, even at night, but I don’t think that could have been helped due to all the events being held there. Don’t think it was quite worth the price but good enough for what it was for."
