"It was a very clean space, but pillows were terrible and after 12 am, a lot of bloods from neighbors, quite suprising for Swiss standards. And there was no inf to connect to the WiFi. I couldn’t use it"

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

"The hotel is conveniently located very close to a tram stop and 1 stop to the train station. The room was very clean and comfortable. "Nice studio apartment in a quiet area of a quiet village. Well stocked with everything you may need and then some. Hosts were available for any questions or needs and live on the ground floor of the property. Great for a business trip, couples stay or small family. Would definitely return if the opportunity arrises."

Room 404 was extremely cramped and could not accommodate 3 people. Dangerously sharp furniture and fixtures around the bed. Even more disturbing, extremely sharp hooks directly above the headboard, right where someone could easily hit their head. It is completely unacceptable for sharp metal fixtures to be positioned...

"This property was the best choice we could have made as a family. Located in a quiet neighborhood, nearby to plenty of dining options, and walkable within 15 minutes to the main area near Lake Zurich. The accommodations were very spacious and airy, clean and comfortable (2 bedroom luxury apartments). The private rooftop veranda was a nice bonus when not raining.
