"Pros: Clean room. Helpful staff. Cons: sofa bed was so uncomfortable. Breakfast was not to my liking as I have been to other holiday inn hotels but always with good standard of breakfast. Dinner was a bit on a pricey side although I felt that everything in Zurich is expensive but the taste and quality of the pasta (Bolognese and carbonara) were not enjoyable. However, the taste of the Swiss pasta was okay."
