"The main concern/comment/complaint is about one of the staff answering the phone when I called the front desk in the morning from my room. The person answered the front desk phone and said “what’s up man?” I said Hello, is there an ice machine located near by.. he replied “ 1st floor - end of hall way” and then hung up on me. I asked the nighttime desk person who the morning person was and he said he’s a senior employee “just under the owner”. Ok we get it.. it’s a Days in, do not a high quality stay but please, at least be professional to your patrons!"
