"Good hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. Clean and comfortable. Executive lounge was a nice place to relax. Sadly snacks were poor and staff throughout the hotel were never able to help with the times the lounge opened or when snacks were provided. No info to help in the lounge or in the executive bedrooms either. Will use the hotel again but not sure would upgrade to executive floor."

"Great stay at the Tribe , booked again for June , just one small detail the 4 pillows were very firm , usually there is to soft & 2 firm , this to me is important due to problems with my neck , so the sleep was not as good as previously , but it’s still a fab place to stay"

"Clean room but bathroom needs some refurbishment, especially around the toilet. Bed was really comfortable, which was surprising as it looked exactly the same type of bed I slept in at The Copthorne Hotel in Newcastle a few weeks ago which was so uncomfortable I ached all over when I got up. I would have mentioned it to the Receptionist on checking out but I wasn't asked. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. We were not happy with first room allocated on the 2nd floor, view made it feel like a prison but was re-allocated a room on the 4th with a lovely view of the canal. Breakfast was OK but not very hot - I hate cold mushrooms! Bar pleasant but not very big. We had a drink on the afternoon but it was too busy for us to enjoy a drink after 10.30pm so we didn't bother."
