"The common area’s windows, carpets, entrance doors, elevators all needed a good cleaning. The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed not to mention shampooed. The room was somewhat better, but stuffy and the shower left a lot to be desired. The kitchen area looked relatively clean but we did not use it. "Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend "

"This 1 star review couldn't be lower. Do NOT stay here. This place is disgusting and not accredited by the BBB (F Rated). Bathrooms had pubic hair and rust, trash not emptied, dirty beds (sheets not washed), and mold everywhere. Just absolutely horrendous. I didn't think it was possible these places still exist. You've been warned."

"The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. "

"First of all, let me say that if you stay at this facility, you will have no staff on property at night to clean your room if you need cleaning,, when I arrived at this facility, first of all it was nothing like it was posted on Expedia. When I got my key went into the room. The rug was the first thing I noticed it was filthy all kind of stains on it I don’t know what it was. "The lady checking me in was very unprofessional, the room stunk like someone had smoked in it and there was a cigarette burn on my sheet. If I would have not already paid for the room I would NEVER have stayed. "

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"It was surprisingly clean and very large rooms. Bartenders by the pool were not interested in being there. Front desk were efficient but when we arrived early for check in they would just give canned answers and weren’t interested in helping or providing personalized customer support. But honestly would still go back because the music venue is great and so were the rooms."
