"This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam. I filled a complaint to Orbits about this scam (as I paid for 4 stars...

"Loved our stay at Pongwe Bay Resort. The beach is beautiful, the gardens are so beautiful and the staff is amazing. The east side of the island is so calm and quite which was exactly what we needed."
