"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience.
Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer.
Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

"We as a family of 5 + a 3 yr old spent a delightful week at Penuwch Fach in July/August 2024.
We were attending an interment and celebration of life nearby so the location was perfect.
We were met by the owner and there was a welcome wine/biscuits plus tea and coffee. There is a Nespresso Gusto machine too plus a few pods :). The farmhouse had generous sized bedrooms and two living spaces as well as the very well equiped kitchen diner. There was a travel cot and high chair available too (bring...
