Khách sạn Byala

"I booked a king room but was given a twin room instead, which affected my comfort and sleep throughout my stay. When I raised the issue, there was no apology or attempt to resolve it, and I was told to contact my travel agent instead. Management were dismissive and unhelpful when. Calling to reception and if call was answered by senior staff, on 2 occasions I requesting simple things such as milk and water was responded to rudely & unhelpfully. The dining experience was also disappointing,...

"Friendly, welcoming staff and a great location to explore all the sites. We loved it here!"

"Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family...

"Wow--huge room, very clean and well-maintained and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent--a plentiful buffet. 2-minute walk to a sandy beach. Parking was easy. Location is not in the busy part of Sunny Beach, but off on its own (which we appreciated). Awesome value for money. We would stay again."

"The all-inclusive buffet was excellent with plenty of variety. Nice gym and spa. Comfortable sun beds. Helpful staff."

"Excellent place, excellent service, excellent and beautiful people. I highly recommend the place."

"Alles sehr unkompliziert. Toller Blick über Varna , besonders bei Nacht . Negativ … Kaffee beim Frühstück schrecklich 😬"

"Chris as manager is fantastic and a very nice stay in central Nesebar"

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich."

"The facilities were really the only redeeming part of our stay. The pool and entry area are nice, but the apartments themselves are extremely dated and not well maintained. Everything felt uncomfortable and unclean. The hot water heater only lasted about three minutes, and the shower didn’t drain properly, leaving you standing in water. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and would not return. For the price, the apartments desperately need to be updated to match the quality of the facilities shown...

"Wonderful!"

"Sauberes Zimmer, Blick auf den Strand. City fußläufig erreichbar. Störend der fließende Verkehr samt Kreuzung direkt vor dem Hotel. Frühstück ist ausreichend, könnte jedoch verbessert werden."

"All is good 100% recommend"
