"The room did not have toilet paper. Spiders were in the bathroom. The AC did not work properly. Staff did deliver toilet paper and sprayed the bathroom down quickly when it was brought to their attention."

"The room ac was not cooling very good. The pool was FREEZING. Breakfast area was very hot. I know it was August in Oklahoma but like sweating trying to eat breakfast. Also the only milk available was soy on the 1st day of our stay, I asked about it since the juice was out of order and no water set ..."
