"I rarely leave reviews because I feel like as long as you are able to have a place that is relatively comfy and safe to sleep, they’ve done their job. But I had to leave a review of this one. We reserved 2 rooms. One of them was damp. Everything was damp. We woke up damp. The fire extinguisher sprinklers in the ceiling had huge holes around them with kleenex stuffed in them. The lights in the bathroom were so dim, you could barely see what you were doing. I am usually fine to sleep anywhere, but our bed was SO hard that I woke up with a sore neck and shoulders. Our other room smelled like sewage. I saw 2 other customers take their tv remotes to the front desk and ask for batteries. Both times, the front desk manager just told them that they needed to plug their tv in. They both said they had been watching tv just fine and then their remotes stopped but he would not give them batteries. We went in May and were excited about the indoor pool, but it was absolutely freezing! The heaters were obviously busted. For breakfast they brought out frozen muffins and bagels, had cereal but not milk. Had gravy but no biscuts, had oatmeal packets but no bowls, etc. I would def NOT recommend this hotel. It had a convenient location and I felt safe, but it was not worth it."
