"The resort is beautiful and family friendly. Lots of kids. Food was good and rooms were nice. The closeness to the beach was perfect. The bar though. The lines get super long at times even if it's just to get sodas. Bring your own water bottles."

"I truly enjoyed my stay the property was well kept, the staff was on point The restaurants breakfast and overall menu was very good There’s also Coconuts about a 7 minute walk from the lodge at Hideaways resort Quicker to get to through the beach then the road The lodge is a great place for families, within walking distance to the beach Plenty of places to eat and relax in the area Parellel Surf across from the lodge is the bomb! Try the cold plunge if you dare! Game changer after a few days of surfing The surfing was fun but only good from sunrise to about 11A for beginners at this time of year If your into kite surfing it’s a plus If you’re a more experienced surfer there were other spots to hit but limited I would definitely recommend the lodge and hope to come back when the waves are bigger Over all I had an amazing trip Bring bug spray the mosquitos are relentless at night lol Can’t wait to go back, miss it already!!!"
