"Grand Hyatt at Baha Mar is my most favorite place to stay while visiting Nassau. Definitely better than Atlantis. Property is beautiful, every staff member is amazing, especially housekeeping. Always saying "Good Morning" and working hard on keeping up with the rooms. I also love all the restaurant options offered a Baha Mar. I have never had a bad meal or experience. Pools are great and beach is too."

"The property was clean, the staff was friendly enough, but there was no working WiFi in the room nor working TV. The 2 bed room had very small beds maybe for children. There was no effort to check in the WiFi but the day manager was apologetic. "

"Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved what was destined for a horrible experience. Thanks to her and our room cleaning lady. She was awesome. "

"Very well appointed condo. Views are incredible. Beach area is small but lovely. Infinity pool was great and perfectly heated. Wonderful pickleball and paddle court that’s surrounded by beautiful foliage and open 24hrs. Staff was helpful and accommodating of our needs for a late checkout. "
