"Everything was great. The only complain we paid extra to have an ocean view. But our room on the 3rd floor was so low we only had a view of the pools and some glimpses of the ocean between palm trees. I would categorize our room as pool side view and not ocean view. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip...
