"Drinks and food are way too expensive. Left resort every day to go to other beaches/resorts and drinks/food were half the price or less. Ate dinner off resort every night over 12 nights.
Front desk staff are robotic with zero authority to make things easy (made me fill out paperwork for a 50 peso overcharge from the restaurant that wasn’t our fault! I had photo proof.
The one positive is the servers around the pool area (Antonio) was superb. He has wonderful personality and takes pride in his work. Also Francisco at the bellman’s desk really stood out for his welcoming demeanor and tips on places to go. Seven of us in our group and no one will comeback. "
"Bathroom had hairs on the floor, the curtain rod was hanging up but loose due to missing about 8 screws. Ice was far down the hall. I was unable to book drinks go to my room even though I had prepaid deposit, we had to call the desk ourselves to get it straightened out. I had a discount card but was never told to present it before seating for breakfast buffet so we were told we couldn’t use it but in the end they would make an exception . We didn’t know this building was a time share/travel club so check in was delayed an confusing. "
