Had a great stay at the Paraiso Residence. I loved the marina view from the room, and the location near everything. I actually enjoyed staying here better than a lot of the 5-star hotels in Cabo. I will definitely stay here again!

The perfect location if you’re ever staying in Cabo San Lucas. Steps to the Marina & mall with all the restaurants and water activities. Very short walk to all the nightlife, and even shorter walk to the beach life. The property was very clean and safe. The staff was amazing and the unit looked exactly like the photos, but even better in person! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property! The location is fantastic, the views are fantastic, the property is clean, quiet and well appointed. The interior is very modern and comfy. The location is just above a shopping mall which includes a nice grocery store. The marina is right outside and you have an abundance of restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Excellent. Located at marina at waterfront. Big funished apartment. Nice kitchen, very big balcony patio with table, chairs and barbaque. 3 tv with netfix. Washer and dryer too. Safe indoor parking included. Excellent value.

Location was great! The breaker that controlled the Wi-Fi and TV tripped regularly. Owners response was to contact maintenance. Contacted maintenance, and no one shows up all week. If you’re looking for a great location, this place is awesome. If you’re looking for a response on any issues at the unit, then this is not the place!

HOT WATER! Overall the property was nice and in an excellent location. The staff were very nice and professional. Unfortunately, we did not have any hot water for the first few days of our 9 night stay. We did notice a few other reviewers recently mention the same thing. They did finally turn it on and it was very hot, so once you have it, Awesome. Also you should know this condo is right in the middle of the action so quite a bit of noise is to be expected. It is also located above a mall and on our last 2 nights the stores underneath us decided to do some remodeling and we had the very loud drilling and hammering going until 2am. So there are some very great things about this place (view, location, kitchen, and laundry) but a few negatives as well such as hot water and noise.

the room floor was dirty, the outside deck looked as it had not been cleaned in a long while. feet and sock all got blacked. elevator was so slow you had to take stairs most of the time. water maker made water taste like salt water. and tv is not in English. no radio or anything to listen to but construction outside. had to leave tv on all day just to drown out construction noise.
