This is a very comfortable hotel in a quiet setting facing the sea. It has chargers for electric cars on site which are accessible using electoverse among other methods. Parking is plentiful and free. Food is excellent and the hotel is within walking distance of Cabourg town centre if you want to try something different. Beds are very comfortable and the in room tvs allow guests to cast from their own devices so we enjoyed our programmes on the big screen!

Nice beach area and good place to walk. Spa pool nice was surprise to see young children in pool without swim Diapers.staff at hotel a little nose in the air for the type of spa it is…This is a middle of the road spa… Don’t think would stay again..

Fabulous

Great stay. Fantastic facilities. Healthy and yummy breakfast. Pleasant walk to the beach with shortcut access from the hotel, easy walk to the centre of the town. Very convenient to get to the hotel if you drive in, a bit afar if by train. Only minor negative point: check in is at 4pm, later than the standard check in at 2pm. I still highly recommend and will return again.

Fantastic facilities

A last-minute overnight stay before I return home on the ferry out of Cherbourg. Having looked at all the options available in the area. This one stood out for its modern finish and excellent facilities. I was incredibly impressed by everything and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for one or more nights on the northern French coast. The only thing I would improve would be to offer more information in English for visitors who don’t speak French.

Wonderful hotel next to the Beach

Nice and very clean rooms. Very nice outdoor and indoor swimmingpools and spa area. Nice tennis court. Fantastic breakfast. Fantastic restaurant. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a wonderful setting just next to the Beach and with a view to the ocean. We would love to come back

The beds are top quality The safeguard at the thalasso is not very profesionnal: he refused to ask daily clients to comply with sanitary rules (which are posted everywhere on site): visitors with long knee pants jumped in swimming pool without taking a shower. As a result the quality of water is not very good... what a pity for weekly clients

Séjour agréable, chambre spacieuse ( surclassement ) manque un peu de place au bar à l heure de pointe pour s asseoir c est dommage. Espace marin très agréable, risque de chute tout de même au niveau des douches ( gel douche au sol). Nous sommes globalement très satisfaits .

Hôtel bien placé, donnant directement sur la plage. Chambre, avec vue latérale mer, spacieuse, bien agencée et au calme. Décoration de la chambre et des espaces communs agréable, avec des tons doux. Mais les prestations ne sont hélas pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, et d’autant moins au regard des prix pratiqués ! Il faut indiquer la veille l’heure à laquelle on souhaite petit-déjeuner, au quart d’heure près. Et même en réservant, plus de pain au maïs (sans gluten) à 9h30 et pas de ré-assortiment possible puisqu’un seul pain est décongelé par jour. Le mini-bar de la chambre est indiqué comme étant offert : dans les faits, il est vide et, lorsque l’on demande à l’accueil ce qu’il en est, l’hôtesse indique avec aplomb que l’on peut aller se servir de l’eau au distributeur gratuit à chaque étage, et acheter des boissons au bar de l’hôtel, pour des « raisons écologiques ». In fine, ce qui est offert, c’est le meuble réfrigéré du mini-bar, vide ! Quant au distributeur à eau à chaque étage, pas d’eau gazeuse pendant les 3 premiers jours de notre séjour. Sur 5 jours, le ménage de la chambre a tout simplement été oublié une fois. Il nous a certes été proposé de le faire à 18 heures, lorsque nous sommes rentrés, mais nous souhaitions nous reposer après une longue journée à l’extérieur. La tisanerie (machine en libre service) ferme à 17h30 alors que l’espace aquatique est ouvert jusqu’à 19h45. L’eau de cet espace est à 32 degrés, ce qui est un peu frais lorsque l’on ne bouge pas.
