"We booked Rickaty Lodge due to a change in our flight details which meant an additional day in Gran Canaria. The hosts are friendly and the room very clean. We were able to get a transfer form the Lodge to our hotel in Maspalomas with one of the hosts which was very comfortable and convenient. "

"I have stayed many times at this delightful, traditional hotel, never to be disappointed with Casa de los Camellos. It is comfortable, secure and quiet.
Breakfast is extremely good, with a choice of fresh food, coffee, tea and fruit juice.

"We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. "Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...
