Room was spotless, staff lovely helpful people. The only fault in my opinion was there was no room at all between sunbeds so you had to climb on from the end.

The room could be much better; there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom, and the mattress had extra padding which slipped, meaning there was risk of falling out of bed if it had moved. The facilities were good but the staff, although pleasant could have been more helpful

We came to this hotel not very happy because we had to pay for my 2 kids which I was told where not in my reservation although when i did my booking I put my 2 kids and their age Expedia told me I didn’t put them. It’s wasn’t true but because I had no time to check for any other place I had to pay 490€ extra. So i went to this hotel not very happy, but for my greatest surprise we had a wonderful time in the hotel, everyone was so good in their mansion my kids enjoyed every day of their stay in this hotel. Thanks to everyone that made our stay a wow. Especially Marcus. You are a star

Excellent hotel

The hotel was very large and had a lot of facilities. There were several pools and to a decent depth. The cleaning staff, especially Inma, were all delightful and did a great job. They even let me practice my Spanish with them! The arcade was good fun and open quite late of an evening. The breakfast was varied and well-cooked. Breakfast included is a must! You get a wrist band to show the staff what you are entitled to. One of the best things about the stay was the transport links. There's a bus stop almost immediately outside the front of the hotel (1 min walk if you want to be specific). You can get to the whole island that way.

J'avais reservé une chambre vue mer. Nous avons eu une chambre au 1er etage avec vue sur les transats de la piscine, on devinait à peine la mer entre les palmiers et les infrastructures. Par contre, nos amis qui avaient réservé via Bo.k..g on été surclassés dans un appartement au 10eme etage avec grande terrasse et vue incroyable, pour le même prix. J'en ai deduit que lorsque l'on réserve avec Expedia on est sous classé ! Par contre la chambre était fonctionnelle, agréable et bien décorée.

Que animadores solo hablan extrangero y los juegos y actuaciones son solo para los extrangeros y para los españoles si no saben idiomas no se enteran de nada y en las piscinas no se pueden relajar con un chapuzon porque permiten flotadores y jugar a la pelota y si con el todo incluido creen que tambien tienen spar no es asi hay que pagarlo aparte

Den ganzen Tag über schlechte Lautsprecher sehr lautes und aufdringliches Unterhaltungsprogramm, keine Chance dem auszuweichen. Selbst in der letzten Ecke war es noch so laut, dass wir nicht entspannen konnten. Selbst im Foyer dudelt den ganzen Tag Rafio, es ist überall wahnsinnig voll. Da k Expedia konnten wir früher auschecken.
